Just want to verify. Kindly answer the questions below:
a. Is the M4100-D12G switch the DHCP server of all VLANs?
b. Is routing also configured on the M4100-D12G switch?

Thank you for your response. :)
Since the M4100-D12G switch the DHCP server of all VLANs, what is the DNS server configured on each DHCP pool?
Also, kindly get the tech support file from your M4100-D12G switch. As reference, read pages 411 of the M4100 user manual here. Then, kindly provide a download link (such as Goggle Drive link) for us to download it on our end (you may send the Google Drive link as private message to me).
The article below would also help on how to get the tech support file:

Hi DaneA
DNS Server is always my Fritz 7590 (192.168.1.1) and it's configured for all the DHCP pools
I'd just sent You a private message with a OneDrive shared folder in which 'u can upload Support Tech file
Please note also that in the last period i have some problem like dhcp problems: seems that just SOME of my iPhones sometimes could not get an IP address from the DHCP (sometime they get 0.0.0.0 address, sometimes 169.x.x.x) but this pool (Telefoni) is made in the same mode of each other (Devices, Cameras, PCs, etc.) and other pools has no problem
