Where would we be without trial and error? Nonetheless, your rant inspired me to review the router. In configuring the VLAN subnet on the router interface, setting up the DHCP, the DNS forwarding, and other rules, I made some errors. Configured and all is working. Thanks for the nudge; so far as it was intentional or not.

What exactly do you want to achieve here? We se two ports, sometimes tagged, sometimes untagged for the VLAN 200, and you don't come to the grounds....
One question which hits my eyes is that the switch does for whatever reason get no more workable IP address - or the you are testing from ports configured for a VLAN different from the management VLAN. This is where the admin IP exists.
Is there a DHCP server on the management subnet for this VLAN 200 for example?
Is the switch configured for the management VLAN 200?
How do you expect to run testing - and more specifically the IP routing?
Key is the lack of design. Trial-and-error won't bring you forward on your learning curve. This is not a question of the various information available!
