InterVLANS and LAG on SPF

I have 2 smart switches GS752TP and a Comcast router/modem, no FW.

I will use a VLAN for users and a VLAN for the camera system on the second switch. The camera server will be in the users VLAN on the second switch and the actual cameras in the second VLAN also in the second switch. Can I attach the camera's to the server having 2 subnets? Can I use the LAG option on the SPF ports to connect the two switches, and all the vlans traffic can go through the fiber(tagged)?  Can I access the server from the outside taking in consideration that I'm in the same VLAN as the modem. Is it possible to have all the cameras in another VLAN and still be able to work with them on the server in other VLAN without using any Router/Firewall.
