Multi-post the same request, especially for a GS108Ev3 (definitively NOT a managed Switch) in the wrong section does just make other community members upset.
Afraid, I have no idea why the young Netgear community mods play that difficult here. Leaving alone a former moderator provided a link on your request a long time ago already https://community.netgear.com/t5/Plus-and-Smart-Switches-Forum/Letter-of-Volatility-for-GS108E/m-p/2258243/highlight/true#M21498 - sure this does not help much anymore.
