Good morning,
My Netgear switch was part of a stack with two switches.
One day, the ports stopped working.
When I test a cable, it checks out, but there is no link. However, if I create a loop between the switch ports, there is a link.
I have already performed a reset via the web page and the console, but without success. Can you provide any suggestions or steps I can take?
The issue is occurring in just one switch.

Head to https://my.netgear.com/ , pick your switch and serial number from the registered switches, and follow the process [Request Hardware Support].
