M4300 Stacking PoE during re-election

Hi all,

I have 3 M4300-27G PoE+ switches in a stack with a handful of PoE devices plugged into them.
I have recently noticed that when the stack master (unit 1) in this case loses power or has a failure, all PoE devices lose power during the re-election process. It takes about 30-60 seconds for them to all come back.

Is this the expected behaviour and if so, is there anyway to prevent this happening on units 2 & 3?
