M5300-28GF3 switch password reset ( switches are stacked )

I have two M5300-28GF3 switches , both switches are part of a Stack. How can I reset the password . I tried password recovery option via boot menu but no success. please help

i used both see the attached image on support page. Chat support said prosafe product not support via chat.
