Netgear GSM7352s - Image corrupted, auto reboots

The only option to recover the GSM7352sv1 switch as well as put a working image back to it is only through Xmodem. If you need the gsm73xxs-6.2.0.6.opr, you may download it here.
Kindly read page 4-9 of the ProSafe 7300 Series CLI reference manual here about the format of the copy command specifying Xmodem.

When i try to do normal file tranfer, it works fine.
But when i try to transfer file using xmodem protocal it fails after few minutes.
Tried to transfer file via xmodem using hyperterminal, minicom, tera term but same result.

Not sure if this works or not,
But is it possible to get the Image file for this switch and upload the file (without using xmodem).
I am just not able to tranfer file using xmodem.

Using xmodem protocol, file transfer fails after transfering approximately 14k to 15k data.
Is there a way to delete the existing corrupted image in the switch.
