Not able to login HTTPS nor HTTP after reload the switch with CLI command in SSH

Kindly access the M4100-26G-POE switch via console then execute the command: ip http server on Privileged EXEC Mode. As reference, kindly read page 461 of the M4100 CLI Manual here.
