From the datasheets, it appears that variant doesn't have PoE - which is what you want.
FWIW, it's not listed here:
so I didn't find it when I looked.

Following this thread since it was started.
The M4300 Series is still listed on the products selection pages.

All are still readily available in the markets.
@samartengineer From the management, operational harmonisation, and longer term availability view, I can't follow the idea for mixing-up the very different switch model lines. The NETGEAR managed switches bring a big advantages, eg. when it comes to mult-VLAN and the trunk config.
For the smart managed switches NETGEAR is offering NETGEAR Insight (extremely handy for small businesses
thanks to App and Web portal based access.
For the managed switches, Netgear does offer Netgear Engage for free.
Yes, this all comes at a mix higher price tag.
Unfortunately, you never answered the question what kind of L3 features your project effectively requires. There is much more involved than just clicking consumer-style guided product selections.

Yes, but not the specific variant samarthengineer is particularly interested in. (24 gigabit RJ45 ports without PoE - otherwise known as the GSM4328S).

I agree that would have been useful. Although samarthengineer has said that the less expensive GS724T won't do, he hasn't said what is lacking.
