If it seems that you felt that the switch is faulty as the fans are running 100% even if no device is connected. I suggest you to have it replace first and please open a chat / case online on NETGEAR support and please let them know the status of the switch. If you wanted to manually fix the issue with your switch by replacing the fans, the warranty claim will be voided.
