Unlimited Chat Support

All light are lit and no network activity is working.  How do i get a replacement?  I don't see a chat anywhere!

  • Everything on https://my.netgear.com/ - unfortunately not direct out of the context of the registered products (sigh, 1980ties design) - head to "My Support" -> "Contact Netgear Support" and as it looks your switch might need replacement head direct to -> "Replace my defective product" -> Select the registered product ...

     

    For other support assistance, choose "Get help on my Netgear product" -> "(+) I cannot find an answer to my problem, I would like to contact NETGEAR support."  ... Based on your serial number and purchase date, NETGEAR can offer you the following support options: ... among others -> "Chat with us."
