XSM4396K1-100NES
I have a switch XSM4396K1-100NES. In this I need to utilize 10G Copper.
Please let me know with which module I can utilize the current SFP to 10G Copper.

Please use NETGEAR AXM765-10000S transceiver:
https://www.netgear.com/business/products/switches/modules-accessories/AXM765.aspx
Please use CAT6A wiring and no more than 30 meters. Please ensure your connected copper device or switch autonegotiate to 10GBASE-T Full-Duplex only. If not, please manually set this copper device to 10G full duplex. Because of no auto-negotiation at lower speed or half-duplex on the SFP+ port on the 96X switch side.
