1000BaseT SFP for GS752
I have been trying to find a compatible 1000BaseT SFP (Cat 6 copper EN) for our GS752. I want to use the SPF ports to trunk our GS752 to a GS724 in another room using CAT6 cabling. I've tried sev...

According to the ProSAFE® Gigabit PoE/PoE+ Smart Managed Switches Data Sheet GS516TP, GS728TP, GS728TPP and GS752TP p.8 "Optional Modules and Accessories" (this would fit to the 6.0.1.29) there is no copper SFP module supported. Similar btw. for the stackable units ProSafe® 24- and 48-port Gigabit Stackable Smart Switches Data Sheet GS728TS, GS728TPS, GS752TS and GS752TPS p.3, Supported Modules.
The official Netgear modules are here https://www.netgear.com/business/products/switches/modules-accessories/.- these should be available over the official Netgear Business distribution and re-seller channels - ss per the above information, I'm not convinced this would help. Probably the SFP/SFP+ PM LaurentMa has some better insight.

To start with, please provide exact GS728T[P|X]xxxx resp. GS752T[P|X]xxx model and the currently installed firmware version. Far to many different GS728/GS752 models.
In general, Netgear does only support the official Netgear SFP (resp. SFP+ models for 10G and multigig).
"Compatible" does indicate (by most alternate vendors) that maker, model, and ID is configured similar to official modules - no warranty it does work with each and every model combination.

My GS752 is the original version with V6.0.1.29 installed. S/N - 3AS4795R00156.

If there is an official Netgear 1000BaseT module for my switch, how can I go about purchasing them? I can't see to find source for anything but the compatible versions from other vendors.
