Hi hosregla,
Welcome to the community!
I would go with the single GS748T, it's much easier to manage if you only have one unit. In terms of performance, this should be the same, using 2 switches with trunk ports benefits works better if you have multi-sessions on both switches. If your network activity uses single session, it will max out the first port's bandwidth before using the second one. I am hoping some other users here can give more input.
If you have more questions, feel free to ask.
Thanks,

Hi hosregla,
I have to be clear on what you are trying to accomplish, do you just want the devices to be connected on a single network? If you have a diagram of your network plan, that will help us in giving you the correct suggestions.
I'll look forward to your response.
Thanks,

Hi hosregla,
It is a medium sized network you have there, but I don't think creating multiple VLANs is neccessary. You have to evaluate your network and see if VLANs will help the performance of the applications that you are using. If you decide to use VLANs then, I would configure trunking, if not I will consider looking at LAG.
I hope this information helps you.
Thanks,

How do you configurate ?, I do not know that LAG LAG is in matters of switches.
70 % of computers accessing an application , which is installed in each position, and accessing a SQL SERVER STANDART 2008 .
