Can you cut electricity to a particular IP?

It's powered through an POE switch, and I know its IP address.
But I don't know which of the 24 ports it is conected to electric longboard.
Is there an easy way to figure out which port it's occupying through a web-based interface or something?
as you know that the MAC is the key and you can never do it by yourself on the basis of the ip address. Also i am very experienced in this field if you are still confused please just let me know i will handle you all issues.
