Can't access GS108E switch on Windows 10
After upgrading to windows 10 I can't access my GS108E switch. Get "A fault occurred contacting the server. Fault message is:HTTP request error". Any idea what is the problem?

I reset the switch to factory defaults & it now works in WIN10. Wish I could label each port so I know whats connected to it. It's a bummer not knowing what I connected to all 8 ports. I should be allowed to label each port with a name. Can that be done? Thanks for your help. Close the case.

Hi rstahl02,
Here is the suggestion I got from my inquiry: On your Windows 10 PC, kindly try to install Winpcap then install the ProSAFE Plus Config Utilityand this might help. If ever this will not work on your Windows 10 PC, the workaround is just to use the Windows 7 PC to manage your GS108Ev2 switch.

Hi rstahl02,
Welcome! :) I am glad that performing a factory reset on your GS108Ev2 switch made it work. :)
I am afraid to tell you that there is no option to label each port on the ProSAFE Plus Configuration Utility.
Feel free to post your future concerns here in the community.
Cheers,
