Have you tried to use incognito mode in Chrome?
Is your Chrome already the updated version? If not yet, kindly try to update it.

I have two PCs with the latest chrome.
Each is on a separate network.
Even in incognito mode they have the same issue.
IE works - chrome does not on both of these PCs.

As far as I have checked, there is no issue logged about accessing the web-GUI of the S3300 switch using the latest FW v6.6.4.26 using Chrome.
I suggest you to try to activate image 2 (if ever image 1 is active) then update the firmware to v6.6.4.26 on image 2. Then, observe if the same problem will occur.
