Hello, according to my account, there should be lifetime chat support for my registered switch. But I cannot open a chat, it always says "Chat is busy, please try again later". What kind of s...

No operating hours are mentioned. And I tried to access the chat a various days and times. Especially on weekdays between 9am and 3pm one would expect that it is operating ...

It simply always says: Chat busy, please try again later.
