connecting two GS116Ev2 with LAG
I have now one GS116Ev2 device. I need more ports to connect to, so the question is can I connect two models of GS116Ev2 with a 4 port LAG or is there an other option how to connect the devices? Or s...

GS116Ev2 is only capable of static LAGs. You can configure 8 static LAGs with 2 to 4 static LAG members on this switch. Kindly check pages 2 and 6 of the data sheet here as reference.
You may want to consider using NETGEAR Smart switch models (like the GS108Tv2 or GS110TP) instead of the GS116Ev2 (which is a NETGEAR ProSAFE Plus switch model). Its because, it is more recommended to configure LACP instead of static LAG between a switch and a NAS.
Check this link for standalone smart switch models. Consider the smart switch models having a "GS" prefix because that denotes that it is Gigabit Switch.
