End of life
WAC 540 and Switch GC728XP end of life is written on netgear website. Will they continue to release security and firmware?

Netgear has still not published a reasonable Product Life Cycle documentation for the Business Products -: despite several recent requests. So afraid, I can't answer, because I'm not Netgear.
In brief, this is what I expect from Netgear for all their Business Products like your switch and your AP.:
And I won't stop with this question before we get realistic plans and promises. Tidy, this seem to have junk class quality only, Netgear is apparently able to EoL old and new products any minute.

Welcome to the Community!
We update them with security fixes for example GC728TXP was updated back in March with a new firmware and WAC540 was updated back in April. We will continue to support security updates on these products, but some features and enhancements may not be implemented or supported on these models.
