GS105Ev2: Cannot open ADMIN PAGE
Bought this switch (GS105Ev2) new from Amazon.
Discovery Tool finds the switch and displays Mac Address, IP address: 192.168.0.239 and Firmware Version V1.6.0.6.
Clicking the ADMIN PAGE button doesn't open the page in browser. Browser reports the "Site can't be reached". ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT.
Tried to turn off the DHCP and set up static IP address using the "ProSAFE Plus Configuration Utility" but there is an error "The Plus Utility Management is currently disabled for this switch. Use the web browser-based management interface to log in to this device."
- Restart the switch - while connected to the network if course, especially the router.

Either connect the GS105Ev2 to a network with a DHCP service (don't forget to add the MAC if this is strictly managed) restart (the Discovery Tool is your friend to find the DHCP assigned address again), or temporarily configure your computer adapter to the 192.168.0.x/24 subnet (not using the .239 of course). Now you can reach the device Web UI.

I am in a home network with the DHCP service. I just plugged in a new laptop, that has never been in this network and got a good IP address. Is there a way to trigger the DHCP from the switch?
