GS105v5 behind GS108v2 not discovered
I working with a NetGear GS105v5 that sits behind a GS108Tv2 (5.4.2.36). Devices behind the GS105 work fine, so the connection isn't a problem. But I want to find the IP of the GS105, so I can browse...
Needed to brush up on my network knowledge a bit. On https://community.netgear.com/t5/Plus-and-Smart-Switches-Forum/Managed-vs-Unmanaged-Switch-What-is-a-Managed-switch-Learn/m-p/1639075
it states "Unmanaged Switch: Unmanaged switches are easy to set up and offer simple connectivity with no need for management". And on https://www.netgear.com/support/product/gs105v5 it states: "GS105v5 — 5 Port Gigabit Ethernet Unmanaged Switch". So, I'm assuming that the GS105v5 is an unmanged switch and as such doesn't provide a web interface and can't be detected by the different discovery tools.
Does that also mean that the GS105v5 doesn't have a (visible) IP address?

Perfectly correct - there is neither a L3 IP address, nor a L2 MAC address on such an an unmanaged switch.
