Is a connected PC have a static IP address set for 192.168.0.49 and then connect the PC to the switch and then try to access 192.168.0.239? Don't have the switch connected to any other devices or router, just the switch and wired PC.

Thank you so much. Now that you mentioned setting static to PC to .49 kind of rings a bell now. I think I remember doing something like that when I first messing around with it. I appreciate your response and I was able to get in.
One last question, Does the PC have to be .49? for example I want to switch it to 192.168.52.239, can my PC set to 192.168.52.5 and still be able to access the Web Gui?

Nope. To reach the default IP address 192.168.0.239 on the /24 subnet, the PC or Mac must be configured to ab address in the 192 168.0.x subnet, mask 255.255.255 0 with a random selected default gateway which does not have to be operational, like 192 168 0.1 8r 193 168.0.254.for example.
