GS116Ev2 with bogus port screen
I just setup a new GS116Ev2, but when I look at the port screen, the information for port 16 is covered up with a series of question mark symbols (see pic). I haven't made any configuration changes other than to set the IP. I tried a factory reset, but got the same result.
I've updated the firmware, no change.
I've tried two different browsers, identical results.
Is this a known issue or should I return it?
Thanks...

In-line images require Netgear moderation. Don't worry, most reader can imagine how it looks based on your description.
If updating to the current firmware from https://www.netgear.com/support/product/GS116Ev2.aspx#download and a subsequent factory reset does not mitigate the issue, I would request a replacement unit as you have done everything Netgear can expect from a user (current firmware, factory reset, different browsers) -> https://www.netgear.com/support/contact.aspx -> Replace my defective product
