GS305P no PoE

I have a GS305P and I’m trying to use it to connect / power 2 x Wireless Access Points. However it isn’t showing that it’s providing PoE on either of the WAP legs.  

I have used a 6w independent power supply for each WAP leg to check that the WAPs work OK (and the do).  

Any suggestions as to how I can get the switch to put PoE down these two legs?
