You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.

Not possible, for combining mutliple Internet connections, you need a capable router supporting L3 features multiple internet connections, NAT to mutiple WAN ports, load balancing, ....
What remains possible is having multiple networks (VLAN), each conecting to a single Internet connection resp. LAN.

They talk here of a multi- or dual-WAN router - indeed, there is no such product available as of writing.
