GS324TP switch AGM731F SFP modules not coming online
I have a GS324TP switch. I'm new to netgear. Looking at the datasheet below I can see the AGM731F SFP module is supported. Once connected looking at the web interface in the cable test section I can see both SFP modules showing up as "invalid cable type". I can see in the trap logs that SFPs were inserted, I don't see anything else to get much insight.
How would I move forward in troubleshooting this?
Software version 1.0.0.38
It turns out the issue was an incompatibility with the SFP in my router.
