My gs716t v2 switch is in loader mode, ive tried many things reboot restart button for 30 seconds nothing. only the power led burns yellow. i used smartwizzard discovery for upgrade to another firm...

What's the current firmware version of the GS716Tv2 (should be seen using Smartwizard) and what firmware are you upgrading it to?
To confirm as well, have you also tried pressing and holding the Factory Defaults button? Based on your description, I believe you only tried pressing the Reset button which is right next to the PWR LED.
