GS724 TPv2 ports are down after power outage irregularly

I set 6 of GS724 TPv2 (Firmware Version  V2.0.8.17)  in the new building .

I set up the local network and connected 40 cameras and three APs for testing, and I could access them remotely. Power engineers may still be tweaking plans, so there are always some unusual outages and restarts out there. I noticed that. After every abnormal power outage, the ports  connected to the main switch will most likely not work. But when I got to the site, I completely unplugged the power again, rebooted the switch, and the ports will  work well again,

This is very strange. I have 20 PoE cameras connected to one switch. After restarting that Poe switch remotely, I can see that only 10 ports are online status through the web management interface, but in fact the status lights of their ports are flashing on the front of switch, and I can check it in real time. All cameras live View can be showed on recording server

If a switch shuts down some ports automatically after a power outage and restarts, you have to go to the site and restart to bring these ports up. This will be an unacceptable solution.

I searched a lot of information about the cases of lost port connection on this model of switch. Many people have encountered similar situations but have not found a solution. I am disappointed with the brand Netgear
