gs748ts mac based port security

Hi AdaMich,
On the web-GUI, go to Switching > Address Table > Advanced > Static Addresses. I believe you will need to enter the MAC address manually here and you can select which interface as well as set the status of it. Kindly read paged 4-53 to 4-54 of the GS748TS user manual here. Afterwards, configure Port Security.

Thanks for the response DaneA. That was exactly what I was missing.
For others that may run into the same issue, with the bost from DaneA, here is step-by-step what I did in my config that worked.
1 - Security > Traffic Control > Port Security > modified the port setting to 'Locked' and made note of the port name > Apply
2 - Switching > Address Table > Static Addresses > select the VLAN, enter the mac address, provide interface name, set status to 'Secure' > Apply
As per the manual, setting the port status to 'Secure' indicates the mac address is defined for a locked interface.
