This limitation isn't just because it's a Plus Switch model. Other Plus models (GSnnnE[xx]) or MSnnnE[xx]) are built on managed cores, nicely supporting the management VLAN.
Cumbersome, the Netgear KB does not properly reflect this differences: What is a management VLAN does falsely list all Plus Switches, where few do indeed come with management VLAN support. Most notably the MS108EUP, but also e.g. the XS724EM (another Plus switch certainly supporting the Management VLAN, as built on a managed core switch chip) listed under the [10 Gb Switch] models.

Hi ClearSky,
Welcome to the NETGEAR Community! 🙂
GS750E is a Plus Switch and does not support Management VLAN by design. If you have to configure Management VLAN you may want to consider the following NETGEAR switch models:
Smart Managed Switches:

Smart Switches with Optional Insight Remote/Cloud Management:
https://www.netgear.com/hk-en/business/wired/switches/smart-cloud/
Fully Managed Switches:
