GS752TXS VLAN Trunk (to M4300)

Hello,

i recentrly bought a M4300(M4300-12X12F) + this GS752TXS Switch.

Now i figured out that i have no trunk option on the gs7 one.

How should i configure the trunk? Trunk mode on the m4300 and tagged on gs7? Or just tagged on both?

Or was the GS752TXS a fail buy when i want to use it with the m4300.

Also is it possible to propagate the VLANs from the m4300 to the GS752TXS via GARP?

I saw in the GS752TXS Manual that there can be dynamic VLANs but i coud not get it to work yet.

sry if this is already covered somewhere, but i could not find anything.

Best regards

Christopher

Setting up a trunk on NETGEAR switches is the same as T or Tagged. If you are going to connect a trunk port to this NETGEAR switch, the port should be assigned as T or Tagged and then assigned the native VLAN on the PVID configuration.
