New switch now showing the following, so a replacement resolved my issue:
Enable
Low (Port Priority)
802.3at (Power Mode)
User
30.0 (Power Limit)
IEEE 802
Class4
53 (Output Voltage)
128 (Output current)
6.9 (Output Power)
25 (Temp)
Delivering Power (Status)
No Error (fault status)

Those guys at Netgear were able to troubleshoot, appears a faulty poe module 😞 so hoping to get the device replaced, just waiting on stock and hopefully get a replacement soon
