セットワークカメラを貴社スイッチでローカルネットワーク構築しております。
そのネットワークのある建物が停電検査を行いますが、検査前のシャットダウン等必要ですか。
また電気が復旧してから、スイッチの電源を入れるべきか、検査前後触れる必要ないかお教え下さい。

These switches are regaining operation when the power returns.
Needless to say, there is always a certain risk involved like overvoltage or blown/overloaded fuses. If you intend to be on the secure side, disconnect the network infrastructure before the test, and connect it when power returned.
