JGS524PE all lights orange, no function

Bought this switch about 18 months ago, it's been working fine until today.

Now I have all orange lights for the 24 ports, green power light, fan/poe max lights off.

Nothing was changed with the setup, no recent firmware update. Factory default reset button has no effect.

    Based from what you have described, it turns out that your JGS524PE switch got faulty and needs to be replaced.  I suggest you to open a support ticket with NETGEAR Support here at anytime.  Kindly state your concern and be sure to upload a soft copy of the Proof of Purchase or Sales Invoice of the JGS524PE switch for warranty verification.  If the hardware warranty is valid, an online replacement will be processed.
