JGS524PE password reset loop
I lost the password for my JGS524PE switch. After I pressed the reset button for 30 seconds, entered the default password "password", the Change Admin Password gui pops up. No matter what password I enter I keep getting the "Change Admin Password" reset GUI popping up.
I have tried more times than I can count to enter a proper password according to the screen directions but no matter what combination of letters and numbers I use, when I click the Change Password button the same screen returns demanding I set up a new Admin password. Its like Groundhog Day đ
The switch was working fine. According to the discovery app it is running firmware 2.6.0.43. Any thoughts?
Switched to Chrome and was able to get past this issue. Thanks.

What browser are you using?
Be sure to clear out all browser caches and any saved PW profiles for the switch with in the browser.
Try a different browser as well.
Try a different PC to compare results.
