JGS524PE vs GS324P

Need to decide between JGS524PE vs GS324P.  The watage and number of PoE ports seem to be the main difference but the price difference does not seem related.
Gs324p is only about 10% more.  Is the GS3 a new replacement for JGS5? Because I have the issues with JGS524 vs GS324.

    The GS324P is an unmanaged Gigabit switch with PoE+ 

     

    The JGS524PE is a lightly configurable 24 port Gigabit switch with 12 PoE ports.
