Netgear GSM7352S - Cannot update past 6.2.0.14 with error "Check Free Space"

Hey all!

I recently got a Netgear GSM7352S to replace one that took a hit due to a storm.  Whenever I boot up the switch the GUI is obviously very old.  I have never seen a baby blue background before haha.  I downloaded some firmware updates first and foremost to get to what I am used to, but whenever I try to update it gives me an error: Invalid file transfer! Check free space.

Any ideas on what this means and how I can solve it?  For the record I tried firmware 7.1.1.7 (next in line on Netgear's website) and also the latest 8.0.3.34.  Same results for both.

Again this is an old GUI so I have to go to System > Utilities > HTTP File Transfer > Firmware and browse for it.
