Netgear XS716T not negotiating 100/half speeds
We are having an issue with our XS716T auto negotiating 100/half speeds. When we connect a 1G or 10G device to the switch it immediately connects. We have a device that can only do 100/half that we need to connect to this XS716T at different times. I can go in and manually set the speed on one of the ports, the device will connect. I will set the speed on the port back to auto/auto and the device will connect. If the switch power cycles, the device will not connect unless I go through the steps above.
Any help is appreciated.

Yes, it just work as design. 100M F/H not support auto-negotiate, you need to set port speed to 100M half by Web GUI. No need change back to Auto mode. Then it will work fine even after rebooting.
