The ticket number was: 46384426 and the RMA number was 3722640

Thank you for your response. 🙂 As per the NETGEAR Support Team that the status of your RMA # 3722640 shows "Exported." The RMA option selected was Advance Next Business Day. Just to verify, did you receive the replacement unit already?

Thanks DaneA. Why do I have to go to the community forums for this? I think the transparency is probably good so others can see what to expect when working with Netgear support but it seems that the official channels do everything in their power to prohibit contact with the customer and the RMA process seems to cause trouble for a lot of people.
I'm definitely going to think twice/thrice before buying another Netgear product. The return process with Amazon took less than 30 minutes...
