Problem with accessing an S3300-52X switch

We've got a strange behavior with a S3300-52X from 2019. 

The switch was running fine since 2019. Now we had to change some network configurations and assigned the switch a different IP address -- only one number in the IPv4 address was changed, nothing else.

After that, the switch is accessible normally via its web interface for about 5 to 10 hours. After that, it does not answer via the web interface. Sometimes, after several tries, it answers very slowly, but not for long enough in order to change any configuration.

After a reset (power off - power on), it is, again, back there for the next 5 to 10 hours. 

 

It does switch and function as switch; but it is not accessible to change any configuration after a few hours after the last reboot. 

 

The problem seems a bit similar to the issue described here:
