S3300-52X-PoE+ ports with most power?
Some switches designate the first 8 ports as being the ones with the most POE power. Is there anything like that on s3300?

The available global PoE power depends on the switch modem, power supply, and the optional RPS. Each (copper) port has the same capabilities to my knowledge. It's up to the administrator to set-up the PoE port cofiguration, e.g. depending on the power priority (in case there is not enough power available, in case of an RPS failure, ...) you define which ports have higher priority, and so on.
System > PoE > Advanced > PoE Port Configuration.

Thank you so very much!
Is there any place to find out about new model releases? The S3300 has been my go to model for a while but I'm thinking as I deploy new APs I might like something very similar to the S3300 but with 8 POE++ and multigigabit ports. Or even something like the S3300 with that and 2 more 10G ports. I know they make some all 10G models but that isn't really what I'm looking for currently.

What kind of management are you behind?
The MS510TXUP is a Smart Managed (Web managed, SNMP capable) PoE++ capable switch, with two 1/10 Gb SFP/SFP+ ports, four 1G/2.5G Ethernet RJ-45 Copper ports (100M/1G/2.5G), and four Multi-gigabit/10G Ethernet RJ-45 Copper ports (100M/1G/2.5G/5G/10G), with a total power budget of 295 W, so sufficient to operate eight 802.3at Class 4 High Poer devices (30 W max at the PSE), or provide eight times about max 36.5 W of negotiated power in PoE++.To my knowledge, there is no comparable switch model e.g. in the M4300 or M4500 Series.

Thanks so much! Hopefully they'll consider something a little more forward in a new 5300 series as I seem to have a lot of customers with those needs. Perhaps the solution is a modular switch.
