S3300-52X-PoE+ ProSAFE Password wont work after reboot

I recently updated our managed switch to 6.6.4.26 and our password will not allow us to login after it rebooted.

 

Could I please get some assistance how to mitigate this?

    My apologies for the inconvenience. May I know if you were able to create a backup of your configuration before upgrading the firmware? We may need to reset the switch to factory default settings in order for us to regain control of the switch after the firmware update.
