Slow 10GB SFP+ Connection

Hi

I have a small rack of servers and recently upgrade our internet connectivity from 1GB (via an RJ45 port) to 10GB using Fiber via the SFP+ port

Unfortunately, connectivity has dropped to 100MB speeds and we cant explain it.

Connectivity amongst the 10GB RJ45 ports is still fast and we are not using any cables in the shared ports 15 and 16.

We also are not using any VLAN's etc and I have attached a screenshot of the ports below:

Any help greatly appreciated

Mark

Assume you talk of the connection on xg16 which does not perform as expected.

What SFP+ modules are in use, which fiber type?

Typical reasons for weak or unreliable performance can be non-matching fiber type (e.g. SMF on a MMF module), or dust on the optical connectors.
