Does the 10GB fallback to 2.5GB?
I've got an unmanaged 2.5 GB switch (TEG-S380) connected to the LAN 10G, but I can only get a maximum of 1GB.
According to the LED description, it is amber if the "router detects a 5 Gbps, 2.5 Gbps, 1Gbps, or 100 Mbps link with a powered-on device". However, the specifications state one RJ-45 port compatible with 10GBASE-T, 1000BASE-tX, 100BASE-T, and 10BASE-T. It is missing the 2.5GBASE-T.
So my question is, can this support speeds between 1GB and 10GB?
RS700's 10GbE ports do support 2.5Gig connections.
Can you go to the RS700's Web GUI to check the Ethernet speed for the 10Gig LAN port? If you go to the Advanced tab from the GUI, you can see a dashboard and there is a tile named "Internet Port". Click on the "Show Statistics" button on the tile, it will pop-up the "Show Statistics" windows showing the physical link speed for each port. The 10Gig LAN port is LAN5, and you can find the link speed from the Status column.
If you only get 1000M/Full for LAN5, we will need to get some debug logs to find out the cause. We may need to prepare a debugging firmware to get proper logs.

I can't find that model number in the Netgear system.
Switches are dealt with in their own section:

I was looking for that page. According to my port statistics, my network connection speed is 2500M/Full, which is what I was hoping for. However, I'm not entirely sure if it has always been this way - I recently performed both a factory reset and a firmware update. Either way, thank you very much for your help!

Sounds good. Thanks for the update. If you run into this issue again, please let me know and we can look into it.
