To my knowledge, the NETGEAR Smart Switch's lite CLI is not available on the GS324T.

Matter of fact, the IPv4 stack and the IPv4 stack is the same for all protocols including telnet - the limitations in IPv4 routing are the same for obvious reasons.
Said that, the Web UI remains reachable over any kind of VPNs for example.

IPv4 routing and subnet permitting - unless I'm wrong - any routeable source IP can reach these devices, even beyond the local IP subnet.
