It seems that your GS748TS needs to be replaced. I suggest you to access the GS748TS support page here then click on the button that says "Guided Assistance" and follow the online instructions to request for online replacement.

Typical bad communication - you don't have to buy any kind of support to request a hardware replacement.
Alternate to call support, head to https.//my.netgear.com/ select the device in question, and use the [Request a hardware replacement] button, file the details required. Granted, you are still asked to contact Netgear to let an engineer check the device if the report is unclear, but you already have an RMA number at that point.

I tried that too, that was my first move , i always get an error message.
There is just one field that has to be completed , so i don't need to be a rocket scientist to complete it correctly.
Norbert_La Interesting, some issue caused by older products, shorter serial numbers, ... hard to guess from outside. YeZ some more trouleshoot work for the support IT.
Still, for the replacement there is no paid support case required - ring them up again.
