Two GS108Tv3 Connected Together
Hello all,
I have connected two GS108Tv3 switches together on port 8. I am passing all vlans across these ports. Initially they connect at 1G but over time this drops down to 100M. Has anyone seen this on these switches? If no I am going to open a ticket with support. I literally unplug one side, plug it back in, and then I am back to 1G.

Hi Steve,
This does typically indicate a problem with the wiring or cabling, in very few cases a hardware issue. When a switch is loosing one of the two pairs into one direction, the link will be re-negotiated to Fast Ethernet speed.
