Unable to enter numbers
Hello all,
I am a macOS Monterey and Safari 16 user.
I recently purchased a Netgear GS308T series and updated the firmware version to 1.0.5.6.
I have a very annoying problem with the web interface as I can't enter numbers in fields like IP address configuration or Management VLAN ID fields for exemple.
Such fields remain blank when I try to enter or change the number values (shift + number). I guess there is probably a problem of key mapping with macOS...
I would like to know if someone else experience the same issue? Otherwise, how have you fix the "bug"?

Welcome to the community! 🙂
Kindly try to press the Num Lock key on the keyboard of your MacOS Monterey computer then check if you will be able to enter number. As reference, kindly read this link.
To further isolate the problem, kindly use another computer/laptop like a Windows computer or another MacOS computer.
Regards,
DaneA

Hello DaneA and the community,
I am late in reading your last answer. I followed your advice only it doesn't work.
Something going wrong with the input validation as some fields I can enter any characters such as bracket (System>Management>IP Conf.>IP-Address) but I cannot enter digits in VLAN configuration field...
Using another operating system is not an acceptable solution but a quick workaround.
The web ui should support and work with any systems and browsers, at least macOS. This issue is really annoying, I regret spending money now.
Actually, I have to copy/past from a note app to mitigate the problem.
Someone of Netgear Team could check and back with a viable solution?
